Try Out a New Sport

Wasaga Beach offers different sports leagues for kids of all ages. No matter what sport your kid is interested in, there is a team they can join to learn, play, and make new friends.

Wasaga Beach Minor Hockey Association (WBMHA): Home to the Wasaga Stars, the WBMHA allows children to participate in recreational house league hockey where they can develop skills and stay active, or test their skills and try out for one of the more competitive rep teams.

Wasaga Beach Soccer Club (WBSC): Your kids will love playing soccer with the WBSC at Klondike Sports Park! With house league and competitive teams for boys and girls of different ages, kids can develop new skills and make new friends on and off the field.

Wasaga Beach Minor Baseball Association (WBMBA): Batter up! Sign your kids up for the WMBMA. Watch your kids become a Wasaga Beach Whitecap and take on other teams within the South Simcoe Minor Baseball Association. Children ages 4-15 can join teams to learn the sport and advance their skills each year.

Learn Something New at the YMCA
Last but not least is the local YMCA! The Wasaga Beach YMCA offers several drop-in and registered programs for everyone in the family. Register your kids for different sports, like floor hockey, volleyball, and soccer, for swimming lessons, or for youth leadership programs. Plus, the YMCA offers a variety of fitness programs and equipment so that you can stay active while your kids participate in their programs.
