SXSW Fall 2025 Construction Update
Exciting Milestones and the Next Chapter Ahead
Exciting progress is taking shape at SXSW in Vaughan, and we’re pleased to share the latest updates from the site.
On Towers 1 and 2, window installation is now complete on Tower 1, while Tower 2 has reached up to level 31. Balcony railings are in place up to the 16th floor on both towers, and work inside the suites is moving quickly. Framing and drywall are complete up to the 11th floor in Tower 1 and the 16th floor in Tower 2, with kitchens already installed through level 6 in Tower 1 and level 11 in Tower 2. Interior amenities are also coming along, with drywall underway in the lobby and fully completed on the 4th-floor amenity space. Outdoor amenity spaces are scheduled to be ready in Q4 2025, with play structures and rubber surfaces to follow shortly in the spring.
At Hillmont (Towers 3 and 4), the parking levels are now complete, and the ground floor has been finished as of late September 2025.
