As families move into their new homes and the community continues to take shape, residents may notice a large open area under construction in the centre of Joshua Creek Montage. This space will soon become the Joshua Creek Montage community hub, a thoughtfully designed central park that blends recreation, nature, and gathering spaces for everyone to enjoy.
Spanning 4.44 hectares and located near the new school, the park will be a vibrant destination where residents can gather, stay active, and enjoy the outdoors. Here is what you can look forward to:
- Dedicated sports spaces, including a soccer field and basketball courts
- Children’s play areas featuring both junior and senior play equipment
- Interactive recreation zones with built-in ping pong and outdoor games
- Walking trails with approximately 3,000 m² of asphalt pathways
- Lush landscaping filled with trees, shrubs, and greenery
- Inviting gathering spots with benches, picnic tables, and shaded structures
With construction underway, this exciting new space will soon become the natural heart of Joshua Creek Montage, where weekend games, evening strolls, and kids’ laughter fill the air.
