Hockey Night in Brampton 2025

What do Auston Matthews and the Mayor of Brampton, Patrick Brown, have in common? They both laced up their skates and played a great game of hockey in support of the William Osler Health System and building Brampton’s second hospital.

On August 20, 2025, Primont proudly supported the fourth annual Hockey Night in Brampton at the CAA Centre. The arena was filled with Brampton families, hockey fans, and past and present NHL stars. The fans were in for a great game of hockey, where Team Auston Matthews, coached by Darryl Sittler, faced off against Team Chris Tanev, coached by Wendel Clark. In a close high-energy game, Team Tanev secured the win with a 10-9 victory.

The Primont team had an amazing night at the game and got to experience Brampton’s energy. We were even lucky enough to meet two hockey legends, the coaches of the evening, Darryl Sittler and Wendel Clark. Check out our recap video from the event on Instagram.

This sold-out event raised $6.67 million for hospital construction, and Primont is proud to have contributed by donating $250,000 to the community. “Being a part of the Brampton community, it is important to give back,” said Peter DeBiasio, Chief Operating Officer of Primont Homes. “We are thrilled to be part of such a fun family event that supports an impactful cause.”
